Start by coming to our office where you can explore and test all the available cameras and lenses. This allows you to make an informed decision about the equipment that best suits your needs.

ID Verification :

After selecting the desired camera and lenses, the next step is to verify your identity. Please bring two government-approved identification documents for this purpose. This step ensures the security of our rental process.

Once your ID is verified, you'll be required to make a deposit for the rental, Or bring a signed cheque for the deposit. The deposit serves as a security measure and will be refunded/return upon the return of the rented equipment in good condition.

Rental Agreement / Rental Period :

Before finalizing the transaction, you'll be asked to review and sign a rental agreement. This document outlines the terms and conditions of the rental, including the duration, responsibilities, and any potential fees for damages or late returns.

With the paperwork and payment completed, you're all set to enjoy your rental period. Whether it's for a day, a week, or a custom duration, you have the flexibility to choose the rental period that suits your needs.

Equipment Return / Additional Services :

At the end of the agreed-upon rental period, return the equipment to our office. Our staff will inspect the items to ensure they are in good condition. Assuming everything is in order, your deposit will be refunded.


If you require any additional services, such as equipment insurance, extended rental periods, or technical support during your rental period, feel free to inquire at the time of booking or during your visit to our office.

  • Renting a camera from our business is a straightforward process. Start by exploring our camera inventory, which includes a variety of professional cameras and accessories. Once you've chosen the camera that suits your needs, select your desired rental period, which can range from a day to several weeks. Add the camera to your cart and proceed to checkout. Provide the necessary information, and we will prepare the camera for pickup at our rental location or arrange for delivery to your specified address. When your rental period is over, return the camera, and we'll take care of any necessary maintenance and cleaning.

  • DAMAGES: Upon return of damaged equipment, DSLRSWALA will ascertain the extent of the damage and the required repairs. In determining whether equipment shall be replaced or repaired, DSLRSWALA. judgment shall be conclusive upon you. Should DSLRSWALA determine that the equipment must be replaced, you will be responsible for the cost to replace the same item at the current prevailing retail prices. less any discounts available, without deduction for depreciation.

    LOSS, STOLEN OR DESTROYED EQUIPMENT: In the event that after delivery to you, you will be responsible for all damages and/or/any loss, not limited to, due to scratching of lenses, CCD, unauthorized internal adjustments or repairs to equipment, water or rain, willful or neglectful misuse or willful or neglectful loss, theft, unexplained loss, damage or disappearance, warlike action or any governmental action, such as confiscation or seizure, fraudulent or dishonest act and you will replace the same item at the current prevailing retail prices.   • Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period for a camera if you find that you need it for a longer duration than originally planned. To do so, please contact our team to discuss your requirements and coordinate an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the camera's continued availability. Keep in mind that camera availability may vary, so it's advisable to let us know about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment. We're committed to accommodating your changing photography/videography needs.
